SAFETY MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM The
safety management system forms the cornerstone of
Health and Safety procedures within Bonner & Co.
Ltd. The system is operated in accordance with the
requirements of OHSAS 18001 and certified by National
Quality Assurance (N.Q.A.).

The system is designed to allow our managers to identify
and implement best practices in matters of health
and safety anf to compare the operating performance
of the safety management system across all of our
projects and to benchmark our performances against
industry best practice.
SAFETY TRAINING A necessity in improving performance, Bonner &
Co. Ltd actively pursues a policy of continuous
professional development. The 'Managing Safely in
Construction' course held by the CIF in conjunction
with the Institution of Occupational Safety and
Health has been successfully completed by our management
team. This course provides the safety management
training required for today's project requirements.

On site safety training is conducted via tool box
talks and trade specific inductions provided to
all staff. All Bonner & Co. Ltd employees have
completed their 'SAFEPASS' training programme and
are in possession of a safepass card.
